There is no need for an additional tool to compress icons, because “Quick Icons” is still the only application to create icons that has its own compression tool. The compression can potentially save over 60% of space, which only slightly reduces the image quality.

There are no minimum or maximum resolution requirements for the image you draw in the APP.
